In the 40 years I have been a landlord I've never had to go to court to get an eviction finalized. Posting an eviction notice had always been enough before this. I totally recommend Jeremy and his staff. It only took three weeks for the dead beat tenants to leave. He and staff told me exactly what I needed to do. Once the paperwork was submitted and the judge signed it, the eviction went so quickly. Now they will help me to garnish the tenant's wages, so the owner is paid back. Jeremy is a great resource. He has answered many questions for me about what I can and can not do under the lease contract. This has prevented many issues that could have lead to problems in court. I have not had to do an eviction partly because he provides great advice up front. My daughter did use him for an eviction and was extremely pleased. They moved out before she had to go to court because of Jeremy. I would highly recommend him.
