Utah Three Day Notice for Lease Violations - This notice is used when a tenant is not complying with the lease (i.e. too many guests or parking non-functing cars in common area, etc.). There are two main types of lease violations:
First - Violations Which Can Be Cured (Click Here) - Of the two types of violations, this is the most common. It gives the tenant three days to either (1) bring their actions back into compliance, or (2) vacate the property.
