If you just purchased a property at a foreclosure or trustee's sale and the prior owner refuses to leave, Utah law requires that you evict them. The foreclosure makes the prior owner a "Tenant At Will." Begin by giving them a Five Day Notice to a Tenant at Will. If they refuse to leave you can then file for eviction with the court.
Long evictions are costly. Call us to help you quickly evict your tenants so you can re-take possession of the property.
